La degustación tuvo presencia en un exclusivo penthouse del hotel. El director A y B Food & Beverage de Villa del Palmar Flamingos y Villa La Estancia junto con Joamilka Contreras gerente general de dichas villas y el chef ejecutivo de Villa La Estancia Tlaltekiti Rivera dieron la bienvenida a los asistentes a una exquisita degustación de las creaciones originales que estos chefs prodigiosos ofrecen para el deleite de los comensales en este festival.

Five Star Chefs at the La Casona Restaurant

As part of the activities of the 16th International Gourmet Festival 2011, the Villa la Estancia Hotel and La Casona Restaurant presented the renowned mixology expert Junior Merino, better known as the “Liquid Chef”, together with his wife Chef Heidi Merino, in a perfect fusion of flavor and drinks. The tasting took place at an exclusive penthouse of the hotel. The Food & Beverage Manager of Villa del Palmar and Villa La Estancia along with Joamilka Contreras, General Manager of these Hotels, and Tlaltekiti Rivera, Executive Chef of Villa La Estancia, welcomed the attendees to an exquisite sampling of original creations, offered by these prodigious chefs to the delight of the festival’s participants.
