DISTINTIVO H QUIÉNES CUMPLIERON LA NORMA/ H EMBLEM FOR THOSE WHO MET THE NORM

Avalados por SECTUR y la Secretaría de Salud fueron entregados los “Distintivos H” a cinco establecimientos hoteleros cuyos departamentos de Alimentos y Bebidas cumplieron con la norma-605-normex-2004, referida al manejo higiénico de los alimentos preparados desde su recepción, hasta su almacenamiento, manejo y presentación. La ceremonia estuvo presidida por el Sr. Aurelio López Rocha, secretario de Turismo de Jalisco y por diversas personalidades del sector público y privado de la localidad.Los establecimientos que recibieron tal distinción son Hotel Meliá, Hotel Barceló, Velas Vallarta Suites and Convention Center, Hotel Velas Boutique y Hotel Canto del Sol. ¡Enhorabuena!

Five hotel companies were awarded the “H Emblem”, endorsed by the Department of Health for having their Food and Beverage departments comply with the 605-normex-2004 norm which refers to hygienic management of prepared food, starting from its receipt, to its storage, handling and presentation. The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Aurelio López Rocha, Secretary of Tourism for Jalisco and various personalities from the local public and private sectors.

The companies which received this distinction are: Melia Hotel, Barcelo Hotel, Velas Vallarta Suites and Convention Center, Velas Boutique Hotel and Canto del Sol Hotel. Congratulations!
