Un merecidísimo reconocimiento recibió el Lic. Oscar Fitch por su incansable labor que desarrolló durante su estadía al frente del Consejo de Promoción Turística de México, en el transcurso de la emotiva velada donde estuvo rodeado de amigos y colaboradores, recibió de manos del Lic. Aurelio López, Srio. de Turismo de Jalisco, una figura de chaquira hecha por la tribu de los huicholes ante la presencia del Lic. Gabriel Igartúa presidente del Fideicomiso de Turismo de Puerto Vallarta.

During the course of a very emotional evening, Mr. Oscar Fitch received a well deserved recognition for the tireless work he carried out while in charge of the Mexican Council for Tourist Promotion. Surrounded by friends and colleagues and in the presence of Gabriel Igartua, President of Puerto Vallarta’s Tourist Trust, Mr. Fitch received a beautiful beaded chakira figure made by the Huichol tribe from the hands of the Jalisco Secretary of Tourism, Mr. Aurelio Lopez.
