De gran trascendencia fue el primer informe de gobierno del presidente Salvador González Reséndiz, en el hermoso teatro Vallarta, donde se dieron cita los más distinguidos ciudadanos entre los que se encontraban presidentes regionales, diputados y representantes del gobierno del estado.
