Being the present General Manager of the Casa Velas Hotel, he shares these gifts in an atmosphere of cordiality and friendship and. customizes every detail to achieve superb and excellent service.

Every day he delights in personally selecting the aromatic plants and spices that will be used to prepare delicious dishes.
