Sister Cities more united than ever!

The Sister City Committee met for the swearing in of its new officers and, as usual, it recognized the tireless efforts of its members, honorable people of Santa Barbara California and Puerto Vallarta. The presence of the Mayor of Santa Barbara, Helene Schneider, testified confidence and security to the strong bond that does this organization for the exchange and support between the two communities.
