The beautiful St. Regis Punta Mita Resort was happy to receive at the hands of Tony Perrone, Manager in Mexico of “The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences” (National AAA), the official five diamonds recognition for the second year for the resort and first time for the elegant restaurant Carolina. For this event, the new CEO of St. Regis, Carl Emerson and his select staff provided an excellent sample meals for all the important guests.
