Con un amplio abanico de filmes proyectados en diferentes sedes, el festival tuvo éxito a manos llenas. Comunidad universitaria, autoridades, instituciones y sociedad disfrutaron de la organización de actividades, conferencias y eventos alrededor del FICPV, en un ambiente de película. Invitados de lujo fueron Angélica Aragón, Victoria Abril, Ron Perlman, Alfonso Arau, entre otros, compartieron sus emociones y experiencias, disfrutaron de los encantos del Puerto y alentaron al público a disfrutar y reflexionar sobre el contenido del arte cinematográfico de todo el mundo.

With a wide range of films projected in different venues, the festival was a great successful.
