40 años de hermandad entre Puerto Vallarta y Santa Bárbara
El Comité de Ciudades Hermanas Puerto Vallarta-Santa Bárbara, celebra 40 años de exitoso trabajo solidario con un ambicioso programa de acciones, entre cuyos proyectos destaca la firma de un convenio entre ambas ciudades, para gestionar otros acercamientos parecidos con las ciudades de: Waihi-China, Taba-Japón, Patras-Grecia, Kotor-Montenegro, Checoslovaquia, San Juan-Filipinas, Dingle-Irlanda, Yalta-Ucrania, en las cuales se hará una promoción intensiva en materia de turismo recreativo y de negocios; así también se llevará a cabo el Primer Seminario Internacional de Negocios, a celebrarse en ésta ciudad en el 2013, con representantes de gobierno y empresarios de estas ciudades.
Otro proyecto muy promisorio para los mercados del destino es un plan de promoción y de negocios para reactivar la economía del centro de la ciudad, de manera que tenga vida durante todo el año, entre otros proyectos que, tradicionalmente, se llevan a cabo en materia de cultura, seguridad pública y educación. Sin duda, este magno proyecto entre los comités de Puerto Vallarta y Santa Barbara, dará nueva vida a nuestro destino. ¡Gracias a los miembros de los comités que trabajan en la promoción turística de nuestro destino!
40 years of brotherhood between Cities
The Sister City Committee Puerto Vallarta-Santa Barbara, celebrates 40 years of successful solidarity work with an ambitious program of actions, whose projects include the signing of an agreement between the two cities to manage other similar approaches to the cities of: Waihi-China, Taba-Japan, Patras-Greece, Kotor-Montenegro, Czechoslovakia, San Juan-Philippines, Dingle-Ireland, Yalta-Ucrania, in which there will be a intensive advocacy in the field of recreational and business tourism; this way also the First International Seminar of Business will be held in this city in 2013, with representatives from government and entrepreneurs of these cities.
Another very promising project for the target markets is a plan for the promotion and business to revive the economy of downtown Vallarta, so that it will be alive throughout the year, among other projects that, traditionally, are carried out in the field of culture, public safety and education. Without doubt, this massive project between the committees of Puerto Vallarta and Santa Barbara, will give new life to our destination.
