Skal Internacional, asociación líder que integra a los profesionales del Turismo y los viajes a nivel mundial, fue fundada en 1934 y tiene su sede en Torremolinos, España. Su baluarte de Vallarta y Riviera Nayarit fue fundada en 1974 por el Sr. Enrique Rangel, padre del Sr. Francisco Rangel, dirigente de Fiesta Americana, con el propósito de crear una red mundial de expertos que promovieran seminarios y conferencias para fortalecer la profesionalización de la bien llamada industria sin humo.
Actualmente, el presidente del Club Skal Puerto Vallarta es el Sr. Eduardo Ballesteros, Director del Hotel Westin Resort & Spa, apoyado por Miguel Tejeda, de Mike Fishing Charter como past president, Luis Amador Rodríguez, de Holiday Inn como Vicepresidente, Robert Rojas, de Grupo Buenaventura, como secretario y Abel Santos, de la Tranquila Resort Punta de Mita, como tesorero para el periodo 2015.

Skål international, leading association that integrates professionals of tourism and travel around the world was founded in 1934 and has its headquarters in Torremolinos, Spain. Its stronghold of Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit was founded in 1974 by Mr. Enrique Rangel, father of Mr. Francisco Rangel, leader of Fiesta Americana, with the aim of creating a global network of experts that promote seminars and conferences to strengthen the professionalization of the aptly named industry without smoke.
Currently, the President of the Skål Club Puerto Vallarta is Mr. Eduardo Ballesteros, Director of the Hotel Westin Resort & Spa, supported by Miguel Tejeda, of Mike Fishing Charter, as past president, Luis Amador Rodriguez, of Holiday Inn as Vice President, Robert Rojas, of Buenaventura Group, as Secretary and Abel Santos, of La Tranquila Resort Punta de Mita, as Treasurer for the 2015 period.
