Entrega de reconocimientos “El Roble de Oro”
En el ánimo de motivar las acciones en defensa y cuidado de nuestro hábitat, se entregó la distinción “El Roble de Oro”, noble iniciativa del fundador del Jardín Botánico, el señor Robert Price, a personalidades destacadas en la preservación de nuestro medio ambiente. Este año ellos fueron: Carmen Velázquez, directora de “Aves del Paraíso”, Abraham Reyes, biólogo del CUC, Salvador Durán Alonso, delegado municipal de Las Juntas y Veranos, Sergio García Lorenzo, jefe de Turismo de Cabo Corriente y Alejandro Martínez Rodríguez, fundador del “Bird festival”. ¡Felicidades!
» Golden Oak» Award In the mood to motivate the actions in defense and care of our habitat, the distinction » Golden Oak» award was delivered, a noble initiative of the founder of the Botanical Garden, Mr. Robert Price, to prominent personalities committed in the preservation of our environment.
